History of Zentangle

Zentangle is method of drawing that focuses on structured patterns called tangles.  This method was created by Maria Thomas and Rick Roberts in 2003. Rick's background living as a monk and Maria's career as a calligrapher combined to create this fascinating mixture of beautiful black and white drawings.  Today, Zentangle  is a global movement.
